CONFIDENTIAL DATA STORAGE

Using National Records Management to store your data means choosing security for your most important pieces of information. All data is stored off-site to ensure that if something major occurs, like a natural disaster, your information can be recovered quickly.

Storage Room Construction - Built to Protect

Our vault storage room is constructed according to the NEPA 232-1986 guidelines by using 8” concrete blocks filled with non-flammable insulation. Those blocks are covered with 8” of spandeck concrete with 3" of concrete. We make sure to seal each fire security door and insulate the material with a vapor barrier to seal the concrete walls.

Climate Controlled Environment

Our vault has two twin Liebert heating and cooling systems that alternate at set periods of time to keep the facility at a steady temperature. The equipment maintains tolerances of + or - 2 degrees Fahrenheit and + or - 2% relative humidity to conform with the recommendations of ANSI Ph. 1.43-1985, Sec 7.2. A positive air pressure is maintained in the vault room and maintenance of the duct work supplying air to the room follows ANSI / NFPA 90A-1985 and ANSI / NFPA 232-1986. The readings are recorded by a hygrothermograph 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are available for inspection upon request.
